(1)Â The maximum amount of loan would be 80% of the Total project cost on the basis of the concerned rules & regulations, applying 60:40 ratio in Income earned, subject to a maximum of Rs. 20.00 Lakhs for an Individual.
Processing fees as decided by the Bank Management and as revised from time to time. At present it is Rs.2500/- plus applicable GST.
Repayment is within 20 years or 3 months before the Retirement Date of the individual, whichever is earlier.
Lies in the range of 6.95 % p.a. to 7.95% p.a., depending upon the repayment tenure.
