Armed with this firm belief in Co-operation, the Bank has been successfully running its operations since over a hundred years now, weathering various ups and downs of time. Today, with the kind blessings and active guidance of its customers and patrons, the Bank has become a household name in the District of Bankura, for which, I would like to thank you, our customers and business partners, from the bottom of my heart.
Being a District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB), BDCCB Ltd. is a financial institution that has been licensed by the Reserve Bank of India to conduct its business in the District of Bankura (West Bengal). Alongside, It is worthwhile to inform that the Bank is also closely monitored, guided & supported by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, and therefore, it has an obligation to work strictly as per the prescribed rules & regulations of both these regulating agencies, alongside the Department of Cooperation, Govt. of West Bengal, to maintain the security of its public deposits. I feel privileged to state that the Bank has so far been able to fulfill the expectations of our regulating agencies and hope to continue doing the same even in future.
Although we have made rapid strides towards development, we also recognize the fact that there is scope for improvements. In this regard, I, on behalf of the entire Bank, would like to assure all our patrons that while you are reading this, tireless, never-ending efforts are underway to improve the organization and its services in every ways possible.
